Can I update an existing obituary?

In most cases, yes! If new information becomes available or there are errors that need correcting, you can update the original obituary. Contact the publication or funeral home for guidance on how to do so.

You can share an online obituary on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn by copying and pasting the link or sharing it directly from the publication's website.

What if I want to keep the funeral private?

If you prefer to keep the funeral private, you can still publish an obituary without including details about the service. This allows you to share news of the person's passing while maintaining privacy around the funeral arrangements.
